Terms for using Just-Go.
By downloading, building, using, or relying on Just-Go or its hosted documentation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The MIT License separately governs Just-Go’s original source code. Third-party data, services, names, trademarks, and media retain their own terms.
02 / THE SERVICE
Informational transit tools.
Just-Go provides map-first place discovery, metro route planning across supported networks, walking and other first/last-mile legs, route comparison, station details, accessibility context, Quick Tags, local trip records, operator information, and Hong Kong live-arrival lookups.
Just-Go is an independent open-source project. It is not a transit operator, emergency service, accessibility certification body, official navigation product, or ticketing service.
03 / DATA CLASSES
Different layers carry different promises.

04 / SAFETY
Verify before and during travel.
Operator notices, station signage, platform displays, announcements, barriers, staff, and emergency authorities take priority over Just-Go.
- Time-sensitive tripsDo not use Just-Go as the sole source for last-train, disruption, evacuation, medical, or other high-consequence decisions.
- AccessibilityAn absent record is not proof that a facility is unavailable; a present record can still change or be out of service.
- Walking, cycling, and drivingApple-provided routes and estimates can be incomplete, unavailable, or unsuitable for local conditions.
- Indoor movementJust-Go ships no indoor-navigation runtime and provides no verified transfer-path, boarding-zone, or door guidance.
05 / THIRD PARTIES
Providers control their own services.
Apple, OpenStreetMap contributors, MTR Corporation Limited, DATA.GOV.HK, mainland transit operators, GitHub, and linked resource providers govern their own content, logging, uptime, changes, terms, and privacy practices.
Attribution does not mean a provider sponsors, certifies, or endorses Just-Go. A reviewed link does not make its destination part of Just-Go.
06 / ACCEPTABLE USE
Use the service lawfully and honestly.
You must not:
- Misrepresent the projectDo not present Just-Go as an official operator product or its estimates as certified operational data.
- Abuse providersDo not use the published source recipes for excessive, automated, evasive, or prohibited traffic.
- Remove attributionKeep legally required credits and license notices when redistributing covered data or source.
- Invent coverageDo not present missing station, accessibility, schedule, transfer, or layout data as verified.
07 / LICENSES
Source code and transit data are separate.
Just-Go’s original software source is available under the MIT License. OpenStreetMap-derived data remains subject to ODbL attribution and share-alike obligations. Hong Kong and Taipei data retain their government data terms. Mainland operator content remains link-only or on-device fetched under the operator’s terms.
08 / AVAILABILITY
Features may change or stop working.
The app, website, external services, operator endpoints, source pages, links, and data can change, become unavailable, rate-limit requests, or stop working. A local cache may reduce a temporary outage but does not guarantee freshness or continued availability.
09 / DISCLAIMERS
Provided as is and as available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Just-Go and this documentation are provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accessibility, or uninterrupted operation.
10 / CHANGES
Material changes update these terms.
When product capabilities, data handling, or legal obligations materially change, these terms will be revised and the effective date will change. The privacy policy explains current data handling.
